The Plumbline is a 7-week online cohort designed to help believers and leaders examine their lives, motives, foundations, obedience, doctrine, and ministry posture in the light of Scripture and the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
The Plumbline is a 7-week online formation cohort through Ruach School of Ministry. This is not a certificate program. It is a focused spiritual formation journey for believers and leaders who desire deeper alignment with Christ, Scripture, obedience, and spiritual integrity.

1. The Plumbline: God Measures What We Build
Understanding the mercy of divine measurement and why God brings our lives back into alignment before greater weight is entrusted to us.
2. Scripture as the Standard
Learning to let the Word of God govern belief, emotion, leadership, obedience, discernment, and spiritual authority.
3. Motives, Mixture, and the Inner Life
Allowing the Holy Spirit to search ambition, fear, pride, insecurity, approval, wounds, and the hidden places that shape how we live and lead.
4. Obedience and Alignment
Moving beyond agreement with truth into practiced obedience, surrender, repentance, humility, and daily faithfulness.
5. Gifts, Character, and Spiritual Integrity
Learning why spiritual gifts must be governed by love, humility, Scripture, accountability, and Christlike maturity.
6. Rebuilding What Has Been Leaning
Identifying places where life, doctrine, relationships, habits, ministry, or leadership patterns need correction, strengthening, or rebuilding.
7. Consecration, Rule of Life, and Commissioning
Creating a personal alignment plan for continued obedience, spiritual rhythm, hidden faithfulness, and healthy service.
Final Integration — Alignment Plan and Prayer Commissioning
Students will complete a personal Plumbline Alignment Plan, identifying what the Lord has revealed, what must be surrendered, what must be rebuilt, and what rhythms of obedience they are committing to carry forward.
Rooted in prayer, worship, Scripture, and obedience, this 12-week cohort is designed to form Spirit-led leaders from the inside out. You’ll move through 9 modules with live Sunday Night Zoom teaching, weekly formation practices, and a private cohort community for encouragement and accountability. This is not about building a platform, it’s about becoming a leader shaped by the Holy Spirit.
Certificate of Completion awarded by Ruach School of Ministry upon finishing all cohort requirements (non-academic; not for academic credit).
